THIS VALVE IS NO LONGER MANUFACTURED HOWEVER, IF YOU ORDER THIS VALVE, WE WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH A MORE MODERN REPLACEMENT**
If you need to replace this valve in your cistern, we can supply a more modern and extremely efficient replacement which is made by Bestter (Click through the different images).
To fit this new valve, you will need to remove the cistern from the pan. This is usually a simple operation involving the removal of two wing nuts. There is a video below which shows how to carry out this simple procedure.
**PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CISTERN CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE TOILET BEFORE PURCHASE**
We will supply a kit containing a replacement foam washer and a new button. The new button will be 48mm across. If the hole in your cistern is 50mm diameter then this is the correct kit for you. If you have a different sized hole in your cistern top, (such as a round 40mm hole) please chose from the selection below:
Imperial Impulse valve with 38mm button (for a cistern with a 40mm hole)
Imperial Impulse valve with 72mm X 38mm oval shaped button (for a cistern with a 75x40mm hole)
If your button size is different from all of these, simply select your button from the list below and contact us to let us know the button size. Either text on 0415 614 847 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you ever need to replace this valve in the future, it will be simple case of unclipping the old valve and clipping on a new replacement.
Remember, when replacing the flush valve, it is a good idea to also replace the inlet valve. These items have a similar lifespan and you don't want to be doing this job twice. Have a look at our inlet valves, they are probably much cheaper than you expect. (scroll down or look under “Inlet Valves” on the blue ribbon above)
Also, for adjustment of your valve, have a look at our page explaining how they work. This will give a good idea of how to adjust them. Start with the single flush valves and then read about the dual flush valves.
