Help With Ordering
Not familiar with ordering off the internet? Don’t worry, our system is very easy and user friendly.
To find the part you need, click on the menu bar on the top of the page and a drop down will come with all the brands. Once you have found
the product you want simply click on it. After reading the information and watching any videos, click on the orange button marked “Add to Cart.”
This is just like putting goods in your shopping trolley at the supermarket.
If you only want this one product, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button
on the right. If you want more than one of this product then simply change
the quantity and press “Update Shopping Cart.”
If you want to add different products, press the “Continue Shopping” button
and add other products to your shopping cart. When you go to checkout, these
items will be added together, and postage will be calculated as one parcel
saving you money.
Once you press the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you will be presented
with a form which you will need to enter an email address, your name,
postal address and phone number. We need this information to mail your
product and email your invoice. You will also receive a text from the Post
Office regarding delivery when you enter a mobile number.
All the boxes with a red star are mandatory to fill out.
Once you have done this, you will be given postage options.
Chose one which suits you then press the “Next” button.
Then select either credit card or Paypal. If you want to
use a credit card, simply fill out the details and press “Place Order.”
If you select Paypal then you will need to press the "Continue to Paypal" button.
Once you do this, you will be taken to Paypal to pay for your order.
You should then receive an email with details of your order. You will also
receive another email when we have packed it up saying that it has shipped.
