Our returns policy is second to none.

We understand your concerns about buying online and thinking that you may order the wrong part.

Don’t worry. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you have the right parts. However, should you order the wrong part by mistake, we are happy to provide a refund.

All you will need to do is:

  1. Return the part to us undamaged and unused
  2. Provide us with a bank account number and BSB number so that we can refund the money directly into your bank account (we do not have facilities to refund to your credit card). 

We ask that you at least contact us within 30 days to organise a refund.

If the mistake is yours then of course, you will need to pay return postage. If the mistake is ours, we will naturally bear all postage costs.
