Shipping policy

Shipping costs will be added once you proceed through to checkout. The cost will depend on the type of service you require (Standard, Express, Signature on Delivery etc.).

We are super fast shippers. Normally, if you order before 4pm on a weekday, your order will be shipped that day. Due to Covid19 however, the Post Office is on reduced times and you will need to order before 2pm to get your order shipped that day.

If you order Express and you live in the Express Post area (chiefly Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane etc.), then you will receive your item the next day (except for weekends of course).

Due to Covid19 we are finding that Regular Post is often delayed so we recommend spending a couple of extra dollars if possible to go Express.

When you order multiple items, the website will calculate the weight and only charge for the combined package (normally much cheaper).
